We undertake to pay a sum of Rs.275000/- (Rs. Two Lac Seventy Five Thousand Only) per 20` container and Rs.550000/- (Rs. Five Lac Fifty Thousand Only) for 40` container which includes the value of the container and customs levy to you on demand in case we fail to return the container within the requisite time limit or due to total loss the container.

The empty container will be returned to your representative at ICD/TKD, New Delhi and necessary receipt will be obtained and forwarded to you immediately.

We undertake to clear all outstanding charges prior to submission of the receipt to your office for cancellation of the indemnity bond. If the container will be returned within the free time allowed by carrier to the carrier as per tariff. In case the total loss of the container we also undertake to reimburse Rs.275000/- per 20` container.
