In consideration of your allowing us to remove the above mentioned Import loaded full containers to our premises, we, the undersigned hereby undertake and guarantee you the following:

1 We shall at our cost and risk remove the above containers from nominated site to our premises situated at ……………………... within 7 days and return the same your storage and within one month from the date of its removal.

2 We shall at our cost arrange to survey the containers by your survey before remove from nominated site and offer returning at your storage yards.

3 In case of any damages to the containers whilst in custody shall pay the repair cost of damages as estimated by yr. surveyors.

4 We shall pay you the containers detention and other charges as and when demanded by you.

5 In case we fail to return the containers within one month from the date of removal. We shall obtain necessary permission from you and customs authorities to return the containers with us beyond 30 days.

6 In case the container/s is/are lost whilst in our custody. We shall pay you the cost of the container/s and the custom duty applicable the container/s.

7 We shall produce the triplicate copy of bill of entry duly endorse by customs within 7 days from the date of returning the containers along with survey reports.

8 We shall keep you and the carriers completely indemnifies and harmless from all consequences, which may arise from you complying with our request.

9 This bond will remain in force till such time complies with our above undertaking and fulfill your customs authorities requirement.
