In consideration of your allowing us to remove the above mentioned import loaded full container/s to our premises, we, the undersigned hereby undertake and guarantee you the following :

1. We shall at our cost and risk remove the above container/s (after payment of customs duty) from nominated site to our premises situated at ________________

________________________ within 7 days and return the same to your storage yard within fifteen days from the date of its removal.

2. we shall at cost arrange to survey the container/s by your surveyors before removal from nominated site and after returning at your storage yard.
3. In case of any damages to the container/s whilst in our custody, we shall pay the repair cost of damages as estimated by your surveyors.
4. We shall pay you the container detention and other charges as and when demanded by you.
5. In case we fail to return the container/s within fifteen days from the date of removal, we shall obtain necessary permission from you and customs authorities to retain the container with us beyond fifteen days.
6. In case the container is / are lost whilst in our custody we shall pay you the cost of the container/s and the custom duty applicable on the container/s (Rs. 3,00,000.0 approx. per 20` container and Rs. 6,00,000.00 approx. per 40` container).
7. We shall produce the original triplicate copy of B/E duly signed endorsed by the customer within seven days from the date of returning the container/s alongwith surveyor’s report.
8. we shall keep you and the carriers completely indemnified and harmless from and against all consequences which may arise from you complying with our request.
9. This bond will remain in force till such time we comply with our above undertaking and fulfill all your/customs authorities requirements.
10. We hereby confirm that the import cargo does not contain any contraband articles, in terms of Indian Customs Regulation and that the shippers have not tampered with container/s for the purpose of concealment of any other government authorities discovering that there has been any violation in this respect. We as consignee of the cargo would be fully responsible for all the cost consequences for the same. We further and that we would approximately take ______________ days to return the container/s back to your empty storage yard after removal from the nominated site.
11. We shall undertake and pay you all cost and charges towards container/s damages/repairing, if it is proved and established that the damage has been caused due to inherent vice and or nature of cargo and/or importer/insufficient packing or over weight of the cargo.
