Ace Shipping Bond

In consideration of your allowing us to remove the above mentioned import loaded full Container’s to our premises. The undersigned hereby undertake and guarantee you the following.

1. We shall at our cost and risk remove the above container’s (after payment of Custom Duty from nominated site to our premises. Situated at …………………...…………………………………………………….. and return the same to your storage within one month from the date of the removal.

2. We shall at our cost arrange to survey the containers by our surveyors before removals from nominated site and after returning at your storage yard.

3. We shall at our cost arrange to survey the containers and we shall pay the repair cost of damage as estimated by your surveyors, while the containers were in our custody.

4. We shall pay you the container detention and other charges as and when demanded by you.

5. In case we fail to return the containers with in one month from the date of removal. We shall obtain necessary permission from you and custom authorities to retain the container with us beyond 30 days.

6. In case the containers is / are lost while in our custody, we shall pay you the cost of containers and the customs duty applicable on containers (Rs.253000/- approx. per 20` and Rs.421000/- per 40` containers

7. We shall produce the original triplicate copy of bill of entry duly endorsed by customs within 7 days from the returning the containers along with survey reports.

8. We shall keep the carriers completely indemnified and harmless from and against all consequences which may arise from your complying with our request.

9. This bond all remain to forces will such time we comply with our above undertaking and fulfill all your customs authorities requirements.

10. We hereby confirm that the import cargo does not contain any contraband articles in terms of India regulation and that the shipper has not tampered with containers (or the purpose of concealment of any contraband cargo. In the event customs or any other authority discover that there has been violation in this respect. We are consignee of this cargo would fully responsible for the containers and would take 5 days to return the containers back to you empty storage yard after removal from the nominated site.

11. Consequent to the movement of the containers to the factory, we hereby indemnify the carrier and their assigned agents towards any loss damage liability, cost of expenses suffered and incurred by the movement of the movement of the said container under your jurisdiction arising put of the use/operation maintenance in the possession of carriers containers by the consignee or his authorized representative.

12. In case any damage is notices while moving containers out of CONCOR/CWC/ACTL premises we shall at our cost arrange survey of said container in per sense of custodian / line and our representative.
